Hi! I don't subscribe to any labels to begin with, so I'm not even going to call myself a photographer. I'm just happy to have the ability to appreciate beauty in simple things.
My equipment's pretty simple too: I have a Canon EOS 300 film SLR, a Canon S2 Powershot and a Nexus One that I use, depending on the location/occasion.
I took a lot of similar-looking photos of New York City back in 2008 and I initially planned to turn it into an album of some sort but somebody else beat me to it. So, screw that.
I resorted to uploading photos from where I live in Makati City, instead. It's the Philippines' central business and shopping district, with a lot of secret, rustic and underrated spots in its outskirts, known mostly by its residents.
Makati is undergoing a gradual makeover. I guess the objective of this blog is to show exactly that. And all the pretty things that some busy, corporate chumps fail to notice.
